Q: What must I do to be saved?
A: Romans 10:9)"That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt bebeive in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved."
10)"For with the heart man beleiveth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."
That's about as plain as it gets. It did not come from me or anyone else. It came straight from GOD'S WORD, the Bible. Some will say,"Yes, that's true but..." Did you see any buts in that? I did not! Mankind is always putting conditions on salvation, GOD DOES NOT!
Yes, seeing that God has spared me from hell, I naturaly want to do, to the best of my ability, what pleases Him. So how do I find out what pleases Him?
Where did we find out how to be saved? From GOD'S WORD, the Bible. By reading the Bible on a daily basis, what God want's and expects from us. Personally, I would rather see firsthand, rather than go by what others say.

Q: Once saved, if I mess up or sin again, what do I do to right it?
A: 1 John 1:9)" If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to clense us from all unrighteousness."
So we see from this verse that He (God) will forgive us, if we ask Him.
John 14:13)" And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son."
In the context of this verse,(by reading the verses above and below this verse), we find that this is Jesus talking. So we ask God for forgivness,(or anything we ask of Him), in the name of Jesus Christ.
So it is simple to correct the problem, once we reckonize it. For me, that's a really GREAT thing, seeing as how not a day goes by that I don't sin in some way! Try as I may, I still mess up, just like everybody else!

Q: If I sin, but die before I can ask forgivness will I go to hell?
A: Ephesians 2:8)" For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves" it is the gift of God:"
9)" Not of works, lest any man should boast."
In verse eight the word grace is translated from the Greek word CHARIS, which is also translated FAVOR, in many other places. The word FAITH is translated from the Greek word PISTIS, which was also translated BELEIVE in many other places.
We find, therefore, from this verse, that God, in His infinite mercy and love has done us a favor (grace), by declaring us saved because we beleive(faith) in His Son Jesus Christ and the things concerning him.
We find from verse nine, that it is not from any works,(ergon-deeds) we have or have not done. If it were by works(deeds) then some people could boast and say," I'm more saved than you because I've done more good works(deeds) than you." It has nothing to do with works(deeds). It is because we beleive in His Son Jesus Christ and the things concerning him.
Therefore, if we sin and die before we get a chance to ask forgivness, we are still saved. We are still saved because we are saved by grace (verse eight) and not by our works (verse nine).

Q: Which came first, the chicken or the egg?
A: Genesis 1:21)" And God created great whales, and every living creature that moveth, which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind, and every winged fowl after his kind: and God saw that it was good."
22)" And God blessed them, saying, Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let the fowl multiply in the earth."
The chicken is of the fowl family. We find from these verses that God created the fowls and blessed them and told them to be fruitful and multiply. Sometimes we must look at what a verse does not say as well as what it does say. These verses DO NOT say that God created eggs, that hatched and became fowls. It does say that He created fowls and told them to be fruitful and multiply. So according to God's WORD, the Bible, the chicken came first, then the egg.
